How do I receive my tools?

Right after payment, a download page opens and an email with the link is sent to you. You can download your files several times.

Are the PDFs fillable?

Yes: most sheets can be filled in on screen (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, browser) and printed on letter paper.

Can I print several copies?

Yes, as many copies as you need for your own interventions. Sharing the files with colleagues is not allowed: a team licence is available for schools and organizations.

Why does my email appear on the pages?

Each PDF is personalized with the buyer’s details. This protects the creative work and keeps prices affordable.

Are resources for my region included?

Every toolkit includes a page covering all 17 regions (youth protection, crisis, autism). The complete regional directory is free.

Are the tools available in French?

Yes, every tool has a French version (FR button at the top of the page).

Can I get a refund?

If a file is defective or does not match its description, write to us within 14 days: we will fix it or refund you. See the terms of sale.

Can my school pay with a purchase order?

Yes, write to us for a quote and an invoice in the organization’s name.
