• When you buy: name, email address, country or province (for taxes) and purchase history, collected by Payhip.
• If you subscribe to the newsletter: email address and first name, with your express consent.
• If you write to us: the content of your message.

Why

To deliver your files, issue receipts, answer your questions and, if you consent, send the newsletter. Your information is never sold.

Service providers

Payhip (sales platform), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and, if applicable, the newsletter service process some information on our behalf. These companies may store data outside Québec; they were chosen for their recognized security measures.

Cookies

The filodie.ca website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Payhip checkout pages use cookies required for the transaction.

Retention

Purchase information is kept for 6 years (tax obligations), then destroyed. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information by writing to melodie@filodie.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
